• The public respects and looks to the Department of Fish & Wildlife and fish and wildlife enthusiasts for leadership of wildlife issues
• There is mutual cooperation among all fish and wildlife enthusiasts, whether they are hunters and fishers or wildlife viewers
• Quality fishing and hunting opportunities are available to all who wish to enjoy them
